Terms and conditions


All order are only accepted by us once your payment has been processed. We will then confirm your order Via email.

If the goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund.

If unable to contact you, your order will be canceled and you will be given a full refund.

All products are checked and packed before sending, however if anything is damaged on arrival. Please notify Sweet as a Button immediately by email. Contact details can be found here.


Any orders cannot be cancelled once it is packed and ready to go. To make sure all Sweets are delivered fresh as possible, almost all orders are packed and sent as soon you have submitted your order.

However if for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order. Please do contact us to find out how far along it is and we will do our best to meet your needs. Contact details can be found here.


Sweet as a Button Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order. In most cases we will dispatch your Goods within 3 working days of order receipt; we will contact you if, for any reason, this is not possible. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Sweet as a Button does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
